#### 2. Terms and Conditions – Elevar Tax

1. **Tax Preparation Services**  
   Elevar Tax prepares individual and business tax returns based on information you provide through our secure portal. Services comply with current IRS regulations and professional tax standards.
2. **Your Responsibilities**  
   You are responsible for providing accurate, complete financial documents and information by established deadlines. Delays in document submission may affect filing timelines. Elevar Tax is not liable for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information.
3. **Portal Access and Security**  
   You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your portal login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Report unauthorized access immediately.
4. **E-Signature Consent**  
   By uploading documents or submitting information through the portal, you consent to electronic signatures on tax returns and authorizations. E-signatures have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures.
5. **Electronic Delivery**  
   Completed tax returns will be delivered electronically through the portal. You agree to review and approve returns before filing. Filing occurs only after your approval and payment.
6. **Fees and Payment**  
   Fees are quoted based on the complexity of the return. Payment is due before filing. Elevar Tax reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.
7. **Tax Outcome**  
   Elevar Tax prepares returns in accordance with tax law based on information provided. We do not guarantee specific tax outcomes, refunds, or audit results. Tax law changes may affect your filing.
8. **Confidentiality**  
   Your tax information is confidential and protected. We do not disclose information without consent, except as required by law.
9. **Limitation of Liability**  
   Elevar Tax's liability is limited to fees paid for services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. **Governing Law**  
    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
